Fees

Scouts Aotearoa offer young people a one month FREE trial, after which term fees apply. Fees will vary between Scout Groups.

Cubs: $85

Scouts: $85

Venturers: $85

Discounts available for families with multiple youth and select committees positions.

Joining fee

$100 includes Hat, Scarf, Woggle, Shirt and Investiture Badges.

Message

Scotts Own Sea Scouts is a volunteer-led youth organisation based in Oamaru, serving families across North Otago and the Waitaki District. As part of Scouts Aotearoa, we provide fun, safe and adventurous programmes for young people aged *5–18 years*: Keas (5–8), Cubs (8–11), Scouts (11–14) and Venturers (14–18). Youth build confidence, leadership, teamwork and life skills through camping, hiking, sailing, boating, outdoor adventures, community service and hands-on learning. We welcome new youth members and volunteers from Oamaru and surrounding areas to join our inclusive Scout community.
