Canoe School
Our Canoe School offers young people aged 14+ the opportunity to spend time in one of New Zealand’s amazing National Parks.
We start with some essential instruction based in Taumarunui learning to canoe and kayak.
Along the way we stop at a number of really interesting and fun places and learn some of the history of this amazing part of the country. We are in a total wilderness environment.
There is an opportunity for a limited number of adults to participate and assist - please email canoe@scouts.nz to register your interest.

Cost: $950 – This includes food, canoe hire, paddle and life jacket. You will need to provide a tent and all your personal gear.
