Scarf Day 2022

On Monday August 1st, Scouts all over the country participated in Scout Scarf Day.  Scarf Day is an annual event where Scouts get to show their Scout pride and increase the public’s awareness of Scouting.  Scarves were worn to school, work, the dentist, ski fields, at the pool, and other fun places!  

As usual, Scouts Aotearoa ran a photo competition where members were asked to submit a photo that fell into one of three categories. There were over 400 entries this year. Here are this year’s categories:

1. Random draw

2. Most creative use

3. A non human wearing a scarf
