On Tuesday August 1st, Scouts all over the country participated in Scout Scarf Day. Scarf Day is an annual event where Scouts get to show their Scout pride and increase the public’s awareness of Scouting.
In April 2023 4 Kiwi Rovers attended the 1st African Rover moot in Nairobi Kenya.
On Saturday June 10th, the E-Scouts Aotearoa Scout Group awarded the group’s first ever Chief Scout’s Rimu Award.

Over the weekend 45 youth from across Coastal Otago and North Otago Zones went on a tramping camp. 11 youth did an advanced course and 34 youth participated in the basic course looking at Adventure Skills Tramping levels 1 to 3.
Our current Board is ambitious and is seeking a dynamic individual to support the evolution of
the Scouting Movement in Aotearoa and contribute to a new phase of strategic development
