In April 2023 4 Kiwi Rovers attended the 1st African Rover moot in Nairobi Kenya.
On Saturday June 10th, the E-Scouts Aotearoa Scout Group awarded the group’s first ever Chief Scout’s Rimu Award.
From the 11th – 15th April 19 young people from all over New Zealand sailed and kayaked around various islands in the Hauraki Gulf and practiced their new seamanship knowledge and leadership skills as part of the ATL@S National School!
Over Easter, Rovers in NZ as well as a contingent from Australia came together on the West Coast for their annual Moot!

On ANZAC Day, Scouts across New Zealand participated in dawn services and parades. Bravo to the Kaiārahi and young people who commemorated the day.
Over the weekend 45 youth from across Coastal Otago and North Otago Zones went on a tramping camp. 11 youth did an advanced course and 34 youth participated in the basic course looking at Adventure Skills Tramping levels 1 to 3.
